At Esbjerg Folk High School we focus on each individual stay and on the individual participant.
On a daily basis, we try to adapt the food to the guests dining at the school.
The result is a few but practical basic principles:  | The raw materials are always fresh
| | As much of the food as possible is homemade
| | We offer a healthy and varied selection
| | The food and the buffet must be accessible to everybody – despite age and needs. We therefore offer organic and vegetarian dishes according to the needs of our guests
